The official photo sheet for Poland covers more than the size. The background must be plain and light-coloured. Keep a neutral expression with your mouth closed. Dark glasses or sunglasses are accepted only for medical reasons. A head covering is allowed only for religious reasons and may require a supporting certificate. The photo must have been taken within the last 6 months.
